No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate access to our puzzle generation tools upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or credits for subscription fees, including partially used periods. Once a user has generated content, the service has been rendered.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
