By using our services at LogikLand.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

3. Use License and Commercial Rights

Upon purchasing a Subscription, we grant you a license to access and use our puzzle generators. The puzzle books, including all puzzles and solutions generated by you through the Service ("Generated Content"), may be used for personal and commercial purposes. You are granted full commercial rights to publish, distribute, and sell the Generated Content you create on any platform, including but not limited to Amazon KDP.

4. Restrictions

You are expressly prohibited from the following:

• Reselling or redistributing access to your LogikLand.com account.
• Using the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the puzzle generation algorithms or any other part of the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
