Dashboard Guide: Manage Your Puzzle Book Projects
Start here: learn how to launch a puzzle book wizard, follow your monthly usage and manage the books you have already created.
Your account at a glance
When you sign in, the top of your dashboard shows the number of projects you have created and the number of plans you subscribe to. A usage card shows your current plan and how many creations you have left.
Usage and monthly limits
Every book you generate and save counts as one creation. Creations are counted per calendar month and compared with the limit of your plan. When the limit is reached, a message tells you that you cannot create another book until the next month or until you upgrade. The number of creations per month and the maximum number of pages per book depend on your plan: see the Pricing page.
Start a new puzzle book
Use the three tabs to choose the kind of book you want to create. Click a card to open its wizard, which guides you step by step.
Standard: Mixed puzzle books, crosswords, Sudoku, word searches and mazes for adults.
Kids: Mixed, Sudoku, word search and maze books with age groups and simpler puzzles.
Seniors: Large print Sudoku, word search and crossword books for easy reading.
A card marked “Plan required” is not included in your current plan: clicking it opens the Pricing page. The crossword wizard needs the PRO plan, and the mixed wizard needs the EXPERT plan.
Manage your projects
Your projects are listed on the right side of the dashboard (below the wizards on a phone), with the date of the last update and the number of pages.
- Type in the search bar to filter your projects by title.
- Hover over a project to show the Edit button, which opens the book in the visual editor, and the delete button.
- Deleting a project asks for confirmation and cannot be undone.
- If you have many projects, use the button at the bottom of the list to show more.
Edit and export your book
In the visual editor you can add text and images, move and resize elements, add a blank page, reorder pages by dragging them, delete pages and show the margin guides. When a page is ready, you can clone its design to every similar puzzle page of the book. Click Save Project to keep your changes, and use Download to export the book as a PDF or as an editable PPTX file.
