Free Math Maze Generator
A math maze is a grid of calculations: the child colors the squares whose answer is the target number and finds the way from START to FINISH. Choose the age from 5 to 11 and the calculations follow the level. Answer key included, no account needed.
Free tool, for personal use, one worksheet at a time. The PDF is a US Letter page with a small LogikLand footer.

What changes with the age
Ages 5-7
Ages 5 to 7
Small additions and subtractions on a 5 x 5 grid, with a target from 5 to 10 at ages 5-6 and from 10 to 18 at ages 6-7.
Ages 7-9
Ages 7 to 9
Additions and subtractions with targets from 20 to 60 at ages 7-8, then mostly multiplication at ages 8-9, on a 6 x 6 grid.
Ages 9-11
Ages 9 to 11
The four operations, with targets up to 72. Every wrong square has an answer close to the target (1 to 3 away, up to 6 from ages 8-9), so every square has to be calculated.
Tips
- Ask the child to calculate before coloring: guessing the path from the shape does not work.
- The path goes from square to square through a side, never diagonally, and it never touches itself, so there is only one way.
- Click New worksheet for a new target and a new path.
